Dr. Baruch Kim is the CEO and Founder of All of Wellness and the physician entrepreneur who founded and built All of Pain, a multidisciplinary pain management practice with locations across Manhattan and Englewood Cliffs.
He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at NYU Grossman School of Medicine, where he served as Chief Resident, followed by fellowship training in Pain Medicine at NYU Langone Health.
After building All of Pain, Dr. Kim began thinking more broadly about what modern healthcare could look like. He envisioned a physician-led model that would move beyond treating individual concerns and instead bring together aesthetics, medical weight management, longevity medicine, and whole-person health within a more comprehensive and highly personalized approach to care.
That vision became All of Wellness.
At the center of Dr. Kim’s philosophy is a simple principle: exceptional medicine begins with understanding the whole person.
Appearance, metabolic health, physical performance, confidence, and long-term well-being do not exist in isolation. At All of Wellness, they are considered interconnected dimensions of health—allowing care to be designed around the individual rather than a single treatment, procedure, or objective.
As CEO and Founder, Dr. Kim defines the vision and standards of All of Wellness, bringing together clinical leadership, thoughtful innovation, personalization, and discretion to create a healthcare experience that is both medically rigorous and deeply considered.
His broader mission is to build clinical organizations where exceptional medicine and exceptional patient experience are not competing priorities, but part of the same standard.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Kim enjoys basketball, music, and spending time with his family. He remains deeply engaged in the future of medicine, healthcare innovation, and the continued evolution of patient-centered care.
